Korean Beef Bowl

Ingredients
  

Chilli Mayonnaise Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli Flakes

Rice

  • 2 cups Rice
  • Cooking Oil
  • Salt

Minced Beef Sauce

  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic

Minced Beef

  • 500 g Minced Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • Dhania Stalks
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • Salt

Extras

  • 1 Courgette
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Avocado

Instructions
 

Chilli Mayo Sauce

  • Mix the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, juiced lemon and chilli flakes.
  • Chill in the fridge.

Rice

  • Cook the rice with a rice to water ratio of 1:2 . It takes approximately 20 minutes to cook.

Extras

  • Chop the courgettes and carrots.
  • Pan fry the courgettes for 3 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
  • Set them aside. (Don't cook the carrots)

Minced Beef Sauce

  • Mix chilli flakes, soy sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
  • Set it aside.

Minced Beef

  • Fry onions, dhania stalks and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the minced beef, cumin, coriander and salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the minced beef sauce. Coat it well. Cook for 4 minutes.

Assemble

  • Serve the rice, veggies, avocado, minced beef and chilli mayo sauce.
