  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 Yellow Pepper
  • 1/2 Red Pepper
  • 3 Chillies
  • 2 Limes


  • Char the tomatoes and peppers until the skin is botched with black spots. (You can char on a stove/jiko/grill)
  • Remove the skin from the charred veggies.
  • In a blender, add: the veggies, lime juice, chilies and salt.
  • Blend and serve.
