  • 2 Oats
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts
  • 50 grams Cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons Flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate Spread
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Ensure the oats are coated in the cocoa.

  2. Separately, mix honey and chocolate spread and pour over the oat mixture. (If the honey - chocolate spread is too thick, add a dash of milk to give it a smoother consistency)

  3. In a pan, heat the pan and add oil. Toast the mixture on medium - low heat for 10 minutes as you mix.

  4. Serve the granola over yogurt (preferably Greek yogurt) or milk.


Store the granola in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
