Ingredients
  • 2 Broccoli
  • 250 grams Raka Gouda Cheese
  • 4 Boiled Potatoes
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 White Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 2 Water
  • Beef Stock Cube
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Fry onions and garlic until golden brown and fragrant.

  2. Add carrots, potatoes, broccoli, black pepper, paprika, thyme, water, beef stock cube, corn flour and salt for 30 minutes.

  3. Blend thoroughly.

  4. Simmer the soup on low heat and add grated gouda cheese stirring until all the cheese has melted.

  5. Serve with more cheese and a side of croutons.
